Pharmacy Partner Agreement

Pharmacy Requirements

To operate on the Platino Pharmacy platform, prospective partners must provide and maintain:

  • Valid Drug License
  • GST Registration
  • Business Registration
  • Owner Identity Proof
  • Cancelled Cheque for Settlement
  • Valid physical store address

Pharmacy Responsibilities

Once verified and onboarded, Pharmacy Partners are strictly responsible for:

  • Inventory Accuracy: Maintaining real-time stock levels.
  • Medicine Authenticity: Guaranteeing all medicines are genuine and sourced from authorized distributors.
  • Pricing: Setting accurate and compliant prices.
  • Prescription Verification: Reviewing and validating uploaded prescriptions through a registered pharmacist before dispensing.
  • Packaging & Delivery: Ensuring safe, secure, and prompt packaging and delivery of medicines.
  • Expiry Monitoring: Tracking batch expiries and never dispensing expired medicines.
  • Drug Storage: Maintaining proper storage conditions (e.g., cold chain for insulin).
  • Customer Support: Addressing customer queries and resolving issues related to orders.
  • Legal Compliance: Adhering to the Drugs & Cosmetics Act and all other relevant local laws.

Pharmacy Agrees

By joining the platform, the Pharmacy explicitly agrees to:

  • Maintain valid licenses at all times.
  • Sell only genuine medicines.
  • Comply fully with the Drugs & Cosmetics Act.
  • Maintain an accurate digital inventory and update stock promptly.
  • Honor all accepted orders without unreasonable delays.

Platform Rights

Platino Pharmacy reserves the right to manage its ecosystem to ensure safety and quality. We retain the right to:

  • Approve or Reject Pharmacy applications.
  • Suspend Pharmacy accounts pending investigation.
  • Remove specific listings if they violate policy.
  • Request additional compliance documents at any time.
  • Conduct independent verification of provided information.

Termination

A Pharmacy Partner agreement may be terminated immediately for any of the following reasons:

  • Expired, revoked, or suspended Drug License.
  • Fraudulent activities or misrepresentation.
  • Sale of counterfeit or expired medicines.
  • Repeated customer complaints or failure to meet SLAs.
  • Any violation of the law or this agreement.
